Level 3 Odonlology 2020

This is my favorite photograph. More than a favorite is the most special, since a person appears who was very important in my life and that was the last birthday that he was with me, this person is my grandfather. I remember the moment of that photo; I was turning 8 years old. We were in my old house, and my grandmother took the photo, I remember when she told me to look at the camera. This image transports me to the memories of my childhood, where I only had responsibilities and concerns as a child, where I was unaware of everything that was to come in a few more years: studies, sadness, joys, disappointments and triumphs. I feel that this image conveys that you don't need great luxuries to be happy: a cake and being with our loved ones, and this is something that has been forgotten a bit in today's society, where having more is synonymous with being happier, and we forget about the things that really matter.   Hello everyone! This is my fourth blog, in which I will tell you about something that we have probably all faced this year: interacting with people we do not know, virtually. Since the pandemic began, technology has taken on an essential role to be able to communicate and interact with others, however, before COVID-19, it was only a complementary tool, because most of the people we knew were in person. So, what has it been like to interact with strangers online? The truth is that better than I imagined. At first, I was very unmotivated, as one of the things I most looked forward to from university was meeting new people. However, over time I got used to this mechanic, and I have met some great people. From some fleeting love (which did not turn out well), to people who, although I do not know in person, have become great supports in stressful and difficult times.   Hi everyone! This time I come to talk about my favorite piece of technology: the laptop. I have an HP laptop, Pavilion model. I bought it at the beginning of April thinking in the university, since I knew that I would need it, and in truth, it has served me more than I thought, because this year I have had to face "online classes". What I like about this computer is its speed, since I can do all my tasks and activities very quickly. In addition, is a gamer model, which has allowed me to play many video games in this quarantine. I occupy it practically all day, because in the morning and part of the afternoon I have classes. The rest of the day I dedicate myself to doing my homework at the university, studying and, in my free time, playing. My university life would be very difficult for me if I did not have him, since I depend completely on him to carry out my tasks.

  Hello again! In this blog I will tell you a little more about myself and the career I chose: dentistry. When I was little, I always had the dream of being a commercial pilot or a doctor. Over the years, despite the fact that I liked both races, I began to realize that I had a fixation with my teeth and everything related, that it was something that I found interesting and attractive. Thus, when I left school in 2018, I gave myself a year to prepare for the PSU, and in 2020 I enrolled at the University of Chile to study odontology.I didn´t postulate to any other career, I was sure that I would be selected in the university and profession I wanted. My experience within the "online university" has been of ups and downs. Sometimes the system bores me, I would like all this to end later.  Hello people, I´m Thomás, I´m 20 years old. I was born in Curicó, in Maule region, it is known as "the city of cakes", and the truth is that they are delicious. I live with my mom, my little brother and my stepfather. In total I have 3 brothers, but the other two live in other places. I studied at the Liceo Bicentenario Zapallar, I am currently studying dentistry at the University of Chile. I have a labrador puppy, his name is Balto, he is very friendly and loves to play. We go for a walk every day. I'm also training him, it's harder than I thought jajaja       I really like doing sports and practicing martial arts. I am a brown belt in karate, and I have practiced kickboxing for a few years. I went to tournaments all over the country and had great experiences.
